I'm Jeneffer Rubinstein — a licensed cosmetologist and Master Lash Artist based in the Chicago suburbs, proudly serving clients across Gurnee and Libertyville since 2003. What started as a passion quickly became a calling: I became an industry trendsetter in eyelash extensions early on, earning certifications from more than four leading lash companies to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge techniques and styles.
As a Redken Certified Color Specialist, my expertise extends well beyond lashes — I offer hair extensions, cuts, color, Keratin Complex treatments, makeup artistry, and waxing. Every service is performed with professional-grade products manufactured to the rigorous standards of the USA or UK, because your lash health and safety always come first.
For me, beauty isn't a luxury — it's a vital part of self-care. I believe that regular maintenance enhances your confidence and leaves you radiating elegance every single day.
A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and a charge for your time slot. Please notify Jen as soon as possible if you need to reschedule — others may be waiting for your time!
